无功补偿的意义
随着区域电网互联的发展和负荷用电密度的增加,最大限度的发挥输电线路的设计容量和提高系统的运行稳定性的问题就日益突出。要解决该问题,首先要考虑系统的电压分布的情况,电力系统中的电压分布的情况和系统中的无功潮流分布的关系十分的密切。因此,为了要调整系统的电压分布,必须要调整系统中的无功潮流的分布。
在电力系统中,任何的用电装置以及输配电设备都要占用一定的无功功率。这时无功电流的存在使得线路的总电流加大,所以相对的增大了输配电线路的有功损耗,从而造成了电压下降、电能浪费,进一步恶化了电力系统电能质量。无功补偿技术即是为了解决上述问题而提出的一种有效手段。
With the developing of area grid and increasing of loads, the problems of max using line-design capacity and improving system stability are more critical. To solve the problem it should be considered every bus voltage condition in the system first of all, while the voltage states have a close relation with the reactive power flow in the power system. Therefore to adjust the voltage of a grid, the reactive power flow must be adjusted.
In power systems, any load device or transmission/distribution equipment occupies certain reactive power, which causes the reactive current that increases the line current. It makes the more active power consumption of transmission line, and brings
about voltage drop, energy waste and taking to the worse for power quality further. The reactive power compensation technology is an effective method to solve the problems above.
静止无功发生器(SVG)简介 Introduction of SVG 静止无功发生器是FACTS设备的主要成员,它以双数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心,通过电抗器将自换相桥式电路并联在电网上,采用实时数据采集技术和动态跟踪技术,不断监测电网和系统的电压、电流并进行一系列的运算,最后经由以IGBT为核心的变流单元输出补偿到系统或电网,在快速连续的补偿调整系统无功功率的同时,还可以显著地改善负荷与公共电网连接点处的电能质量,提高功率因数、克服三相不平衡、消除电压闪变和电压波动、抑制谐波污染。
SVG (static var generator) is the main member of FACTS devices and its core CPUs are DSP. Adopting real-time data sampling and dynamic tracking technology, through monitoring the voltage and current of the grid, SVG is parallel connected with grid via the bridge-circuit by inductance, and it compensates reactive power of system, improves power quality of system interface and power factor, remove the phase unbalance, voltage flicker and fluctuation and depress harmonic pollution rapidly. 主要功能 Main Function 1) 动态补偿电网无功功率,暂态响应时间小于1ms;

选型说明
NEWANGLE可用于三相系统,有380V,660V,1140V,3000V,10KV五档电压等级。
NEWANGLE的标准规格为25A,50A,100A,150A,300A,450A,600A,900A,1500A,2500A(标准型号外特殊电压、电流规
格请与信元瑞技术人员联系)。无功补偿柜可以多台并柜使用,但是建议最多可并列使用台数不超过10台。

Q=βav×PC×(tanφ1-tanφ2)
式中:
Q --无功补偿容量(kVar)
PC --配电所供电的月最大有功计算负载(kW);
βav --月平均负载率,一般可取0.7-0.8;
φ1 --补偿前的功率因数角,cosφ1可取最大负载时的值;
φ2 --补偿后的功率因数角,参照电力部门的要求确定,一般可取0.9-0.98;
例如:
某变电所月最大有功负载为2000kW,平均负载率为0.75,补偿前功率因数为0.6,目标功率因数为0.92,该变电所需要补偿的无功功率为:
Q = βav × PC × (tanφ1 - tanφ2)
= 0.75 × 2000 × (tan(arccos0.6)-tan(arccos0.92))
= 1361(kVar)
考虑一定的裕量,可选择补偿容量为1500kVar的无功补偿装置。

对于稳态时的电压质量问题有许多成熟的措施加以解决;但对于动态电能质量问题,依靠传统的无功补偿和常规的滤波装置则不能有效地解决,因为诸如电压跌落(sage)、浪涌(surge)、电压脉冲(impulse)与瞬时供电中断(outage)这类电能质量问题持续的时间很短、变化很快,并且有的电能质量问题还伴随着部分甚至全部的有功损失等情形。
NEWANGLE静止同步无功补偿装置在SVC装置的基础上,克服了SVC产品由于呈恒阻抗特性,使得在电压低时,无法提供所需的无功支持,应付突发事件的能力较弱;而且占地面积大,过多的SVC易引发系统振荡等弊端,NEWANGLE的无功电流输出可以很大电压变化范围内恒定,在电压低时仍能提供较强的无功支撑,并且可从感性到容性全范围内连续调节,使得其无功输出相当于同容量SVC的1.4—2倍;因NEWANGLE的灵活调压,还可以大大减少变压器分接头的切换次数,从而减少分接头故障次数。另外,NEWANGLE还可以抑制电压闪变,提高系统暂态稳定水平,结合我国的国情和已有的技术,发展静止同步无功补偿技术应是解决我国电压稳定问题的有效手段,并且也是FACTS技术发展的主要方向。
To more effectively improve the power quality, NEWANGLE SVG has become a powerful tool for reactive power compensation to improve the power quality. The core components of the IPM module technology have faster switching frequency than the GTO components, and its turn-off capacity has reached a certain size, so NEWANGLE device has a faster response.
For the steady state voltage quality problems, many mature measures to solve them, but the dynamic power quality problems,the traditional and conventional reactive power compensateon device can not effectively filter solution, because the voltage drop, such as sags,surge,voltage pulse and the instanteous power interruption (outage), and these kinds of power quality problems persist for a short time, changing rapidly, and some power quality problems still associated with some or all of the active power losses circumstances.
