冲瓶、灌装、封口三联机（常压）GSQ-G-CGFQ24A-24A-8A01
基本用途：
本系列设备主要用于聚脂瓶装各种矿泉水、纯净水等不含气饮料的生产，在一机上实现冲瓶、灌装、封盖，该机可以连接到灌装生产线系列下的小瓶矿泉水灌装线，具有工艺先进、系统完善、性能可靠、使用方便等特点。
如您需要充氮和打塞环节的，可以选用全自动灌装设备系列的冲瓶、灌装、充氮、打塞四联机（负压）。
功能特点：
1、整机采用卡瓶颈悬挂运行工态设计，从而使瓶在高速运行状态下平稳、可靠,同时大大减少了变更件的数量使更换瓶型时更加方便、快捷。
2、采用新一代不锈钢翻转式瓶夹， 使钳夹与瓶口螺纹以上部分不接触，并设有喷头，使瓶内壁冲洗充分、无死角。
3、采用先进的重力灌装原理， 灌装快、稳、准。
4、采用磁力扭矩式拧盖头，实现抓盖、拧盖。拧盖力矩无级可调， 封口严密可靠、且不伤盖。
5、整机采用人机界面触摸屏按钮、PLC电脑控制、设有缺盖、过载保护报警装置,能及时发现及排除故障，生产自动化程度高。
6、与水接触的零部件均采用优质不锈钢制造，主要电器元件均采用国际知名厂家产品。
